This book, Book 1 of 8, is a poetic introduction to Buddhism and its applications in daily life. It was written by Richard Del Connor, also known as Buddha Z, a former Shaolin monk and Buddhist rapper. The poetry in this book represents the “4 Noble Truths” of Buddhism and also includes commentaries on the American political landscape during the Trump Presidency. The book explores the concept of the “5 Soul Theory” which discusses how individuals are born with different soul identities that determine their abilities and inclinations. The subsequent books in the series analyze each of the “4 Noble Truths” and provide practical ways to integrate them into different aspects of life such as personal, business, politics, and marriage. Richard Del Connor, a “Buddhist Scientist,” has been studying the effects of Buddhism on his Kung Fu and Tai Chi students since 1984. The goal of this book and the entire series is to promote happiness, health, success, and intelligence through the teachings of Buddhism, which is presented as a form of psychology rather than a religion.
